No-Bake Peanut Butter Corn Flake Cookies


  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 cup light corn syrup

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 4 cups corn flakes

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract


  1. In a medium saucepan, bring sugar and syrup to a boil over medium heat. Do not over cook.

  2. Take the pan off the burner and blend in peanut butter. Once smooth, stir in corn flakes and vanilla extract.

  3. Once corn flakes are fully coated, use a spoon to drop the cookies onto waxed paper to cool.

  4. Once completely cool, store in an airtight container on the counter for about a week.
